Dosh Appoints Global Exec Fred Ohlsson

Following our successful $5M Seed Round raise, the DOSH New Zealand team has been working to bring together a world class Advisory Board to help take the company to the next level and beyond.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of three internationally respected individuals and look forward to benefitting from the wealth of industry expertise and experience they bring to the table. It is encouraging when individuals of this calibre find time and energy in their already busy lives to help young companies like Dosh. We’re honoured to have them on board.

Firstly, we welcome Fred Ohlsson. Fred is an experienced global financial services executive, having enjoyed a diverse career with ANZ which spanned 18 years, notably culminating in three years as Group Executive ANZ Australia. Fred has leadership experience across retail and business banking, products, marketing, business development and strategy.

“I have enjoyed creating a solid rapport with Dosh co-founders Shane Marsh and James McEniery. And I am energised by their deep commitment, and ambition in establishing a highly innovative, serious competitor to traditional financial services in New Zealand,” says Fred. “I look forward to drawing on my experience in banking and financial services to provide guidance and support to the Dosh team as they expand their offering.”
