Home Loan Promotion - Terms and Conditions
What is the Promotion about?
We are rewarding dosh customers to apply and settle on a dosh home loan. A dosh home loan requires both a loan application with dosh and settlement of the loan with a dosh lending partner.
This Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows dosh customers to earn a reward for applying and settling on a dosh home loan (the “Reward”). It's easy: apply for a dosh home loan from your dosh app within the promotion period and you will receive the reward of $1,000 in your dosh account upon settlement of your dosh home loan. You will only be paid the Reward if you meet the criteria in these terms and conditions, so please keep reading to find out how the Promotion works.
This Promotion runs from 15 September 2025 9:00 AM NZT until 15 October 2025 11:59 PM NZT. We call this the “Promotion Period”.
You must meet all the criteria during the Promotion Period. If you or they do not, or if you or they partially meet a criteria during the Promotion Period, you will not receive a Reward.
Who is eligible for the Promotion?
Anyone who has an active dosh account at the time of application and applies for a dosh home loan within the promotion period and goes on to settle on a dosh home loan are eligible. If you do not have an active dosh account and do not apply and settle on a dosh home loan, you are not eligible. Your dosh home loan must have a minimum value of $300,000.
Dosh home loan lending and eligibility criteria will also apply to your application. Declined home loan applications and non-settled home loans are not eligible.
What do you need to do to earn the Reward?
To earn the reward, you must apply for a dosh home loan during the promotion period from your dosh app and go on to settle on your dosh home loan. You can settle on your dosh home loan at a later date; the reward will be paid upon settlement of your loan.
What other legal information should I know?
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate or change these terms and conditions without notice.
These terms are published in English. This means only the English version can be used in legal proceedings.
This offer is exclusive to Dosh and is in no way linked to our lenders.
The Reward will be paid to the dosh customers main dosh account balance.
Rewards will be paid within 3 working days after your dosh home loan has settled.
To be eligible for a Reward, you must comply with these terms and conditions and all other terms and conditions that apply to your account.
If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion, we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances. (For example, it would be a material abuse of this Promotion to orchestrate a campaign to profiteer from this Promotion in a way that does not result in genuine and unique new dosh home loans, and we may close your account and reverse any Rewards if you do this.)
These Promotion terms and conditions are an agreement between you and the MCA Investments Ltd company which provides you with your account. If you have any questions or complaints about this Promotion, you should contact dosh atcontact@dosh.nz.
If you are a customer of dosh, this Promotion is governed by English law and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute relating to it.
