Home Loan referral programme Promotion - Terms and Conditions 
What is the Promotion about? 

We are rewarding you to share home loans with dosh with your friends. 

This Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows dosh customers and the referee to earn a referral reward (the “Reward”). It's easy: refer your friends to apply and settle a home loan with dosh, both of you will each receive the reward of $300 in your dosh account. You will only be paid the Reward if you, and the people you refer, meet the criteria in these terms and conditions, so please keep reading to find out how the Promotion works. 

This Promotion runs from 13 October 2025 9:00 AM NZT until 15 December 2025 11:59 PM NZT. We call this the “Promotion Period”. 

You, and the people you refer, must meet all the criteria during the Promotion Period. If you or they do not, or if you or they partially meet a criteria during the Promotion Period, you will not receive a Reward. 

Who is eligible for the Promotion? 

Anyone who has an active dosh account is eligible to refer anyone to getting a home loan with dosh. If you do not have an active dosh account, you are not eligible to refer. 

This offer is only valid for existing dosh customers and cannot be transferred.

For the offer to be valid, the referral must be made before the referee’s home loan application is received.

What do you (the referrer) need to do to earn the Reward? 

To earn a Referral Bonus, you must be a registered dosh user and invite a friend to a home loan with dosh by sending them your personal referral link so we can track your referral. You also need to ensure that your friend does the things we set out below in order for you to both earn the reward.

The maximum number of people you can refer is unlimited. 

When your referee settles a home loan with dosh, we will notify you of a successful referral and pay $300 in NZD to both your dosh account and the referee’s dosh account.

What does the person you refer (the referee) need to do for you to earn the Reward? 

For you to be eligible for your Reward, your referee must be eligible for this Promotion. This means that: 

They must open your personal referral link and complete the referee form so we can track your referral. The referee must go on to apply within the promotion period and settle on a home loan with dosh for you to both earn the $300 reward. A referee can settle on their home loan with dosh at a later date up until 16 March 2026; the reward will be paid upon settlement of the loan.

A referee’s home loan must have a minimum value of $300,000.

If the referee does not settle on a home loan with dosh, you are not eligible. Home loan lending and eligibility criteria from our lender will also apply to their application. Declined home loan applications and non-settled home loans are not eligible.

A referee can only be referred successfully once. Only the first instance of an individual being referred will be valid for a referral bonus. I.e. A successfully settled home loan is only valid for one referral reward.

What other legal information should I know? 

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate or change these terms and conditions without notice. 

These terms are published in English. This means only the English version can be used in legal proceedings. 

This offer is exclusive to Dosh and is in no way linked to our lenders.

The Reward will be paid to the referrers and referees main dosh account balance. 

Rewards will be paid within 3 working days after referee’s home loan has settled. 

To be eligible for a Reward, you must comply with these terms and conditions and all other terms and conditions that apply to your account. 

If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion, we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances. (For example, it would be a material abuse of this Promotion to orchestrate a campaign to profiteer from this Promotion in a way that does not result in genuine and unique new home loan applications, and we may close your account and reverse any Rewards if you do this.) 

These Promotion terms and conditions are an agreement between you and the MCA Investments Ltd company which provides you with your account. If you have any questions or complaints about this Promotion, you should contact dosh at contact@dosh.nz.

If you are a customer of dosh, this Promotion is governed by English law and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute relating to it.
