Rewards for taking out an eligible home loan with Dosh
Our Dosh Home Loan Rewards Offer (Home Loan Rewards Offer) entitles Dosh customers with an active Eligible Loan, to receive the following rewards through One New Zealand Limited (One NZ):
· a one-off, sign on bonus of 1,700 One NZ Phone Dollars for taking out any new Dosh Eligible Loan, which includes new loans and refinancing of existing loans (Welcome Bonus).
The Home Loan Rewards Offer is only available for one Eligible Loan. Increased lending, top up or split loans do not qualify for additional rewards.
The Home Loan Rewards Offer is in addition to any benefits paid to you by the Lender.
You must keep your eligible home loan with Dosh for 24 months from settlement of your home loan. If you cancel your eligible home loan within 24 months, we will remove Phone Dollars which have been added to your One Wallet through this offer on a pro-rata basis to reflect the number of months left in the 24 month period. For example, if you cancel your eligible home loan 12months after it settled, we will remove $850 Phone Dollars from your One Wallet.
Who is eligible for the Promotion?
To be eligible to receive the Home Loan Rewards Offer, you need to apply for, be approved and settle a residential finance term home loan of at least $300,000 and minimum 1 year fixed term by one of our third-party lending partners (Lender) through Dosh (an Eligible Loan). Standard lending and eligibility criteria applies.
You must also have an active One Wallet -click here for more information about the One Wallet provided by One NZ. If you do not have an active One Wallet, one will be opened for you upon successfully signing up to Dosh. How you can earn and spend One NZ Phone Dollars is set out in and is subject to the One Wallet terms and conditions.
You are responsible for letting us know if your One NZ Wallet ID has been incorrectly recorded against your Dosh account. If the number is incorrect, any One NZ Phone Dollars earned through your Eligible Loan may not be successfully transferred to your One Wallet.
Who is providing this Home Loan Rewards Offer?
The Home Loan Rewards Offer is offered by MCA Investments Ltd (trading as Dosh), and Dosh is solely responsible for the calculation of earned One NZ Phone Points to your One Wallet. The One Wallet and use of One NZ Phone Dollars is managed and provided solely by One New Zealand Limited (One NZ). The Lender has no obligations or liability to you in relation to this Home Loan Rewards Offer. We tell One NZ how much a customer has earned and they transfer the phone dollars to the customers One Wallet.
When does the Home Loan Rewards Offer start?
The Home Loan Rewards Offer launches on 28thJanuary 2026 and will be available to all successful eligible applicants who takeout an Eligible Loan from that date subject to these terms and conditions and in particular the Eligibility Criteria above and the termination rights set out below.
One Wallet terms and conditions
The One Wallet terms and conditions apply to the earning, value and redemption of One NZ Phone Dollars. One NZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your One Wallet at any time in accordance with its terms and conditions by providing you 30 days’ written notice.
One NZ Phone Dollars cannot be exchanged and are not redeemable for cash. One NZ Phone Dollars earned as a Dosh Home Loan Reward Offer will be valid for a period of four years from the date they are transferred to your One Wallet.
Dosh accepts no responsibility for One NZ Phone Dollars transferred to your One Wallet or for the actions of One NZ in connection with its One Wallet or otherwise. Dosh accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of One NZ Phone Dollars from the One Wallet. Any complaints or disputes regarding One NZ Phone Dollars and the One Wallet will be referred to and resolved by One NZ at its sole direction.
How to access your Phone Dollars
One NZ Phone Dollars earned through the Home Loan Rewards Offer will be automatically transferred to your One Wallet within 30 days after the settlement date of your Dosh Eligible Loan; and
To access your One Wallet balance and redeem your One NZ Phone Dollars you must log in to your My One NZ app or access whatsinmywallet.one.nz. To register for a One Wallet you can follow the process outlined in the One Wallet terms and conditions.
Our right to withdraw or change the Home Loan Rewards Offer
Dosh may withdraw or change this Home Loan Rewards Offer at any time, if:
· the terms of our arrangement with a Lender (including our commission structure) change, expire or terminate;
· we sell the whole or part of our business, merge with another entity (or entities), or undergo any other significant change in the ownership or control of our business;
· we need to cancel or amend the terms to comply with any law or regulatory guidance;
· we consider, acting reasonably, that a variation to the value or structure of the Home Loan Rewards Offer is necessary to maintain its commercial viability, taking into account current market conditions;
· the terms of our arrangement with One NZ change, expire or terminate (whether through changes to our legal contract or commercially agreed modifications);
· One NZ terminates its One Wallet or materially changes the One Wallet terms and conditions.
We will provide you with reasonable written notice of our decision to withdraw, or materially change the terms of, this Home Loan Rewards Offer, unless such change or withdrawal is required immediately to comply with law.
What happens if Dosh withdraws this Home Loan Rewards Offer?
If we withdraw this Home Loan Rewards Offer for any reason, we will transfer to your One Wallet the eligible One NZ Phone Dollars that you have earned up to the date of the withdrawal, provided you meet the Eligibility Criteria at the withdrawal date and your One Wallet is still active.
What happens if we make an error when calculating your entitlement to One NZ Phone Dollars?
We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that our systems and processes calculate and apply the One NZ Phone Dollars accurately. However, sometimes errors do occur, for example due to the operation of manual processes, changes to our systems and processes, and things that are beyond our knowledge or reasonable control. Where that happens, without limiting any rights you may have under consumer law in relation to the error, we will as soon as practicable after the error has been identified, make any adjustments required to put you in the same position as if we had applied the correct amount or made the correct calculation initially, and take any other appropriate action required to correct the error.

You acknowledge and accept that we may provide your personal information (including your name and mobile number) to One NZ. See our Privacy Policy for more information. Any use of your personal information by One NZ for these purposes will be governed by the One NZ privacy policy.
What other legal information should I know?
These Home Loan Rewards Offer Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and MCA Investments Ltd. Any reference to Dosh in these terms refers to MCA Investments Ltd.
Any capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions that are not defined in context have the meaning given to them in the Dosh Terms and Conditions.

The Home Loan Rewards Offer is governed by New Zealand law, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute relating to it.
Earn One NZ Phone Dollars on Monthly Card Spend
This Dosh Card Phone Rewards Promotion (Promotion) entitles every One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card holder to earn one One NZ Phone Dollar for every $100 of Eligible Spend on their Dosh Visa Debit Card per calendar month.
The Promotion will commence from 1 February 2026. For each month you retain an active One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card and comply with all applicable terms and conditions in relation to your Dosh account, you will receive One NZ Phone Dollars based on your Eligible Spend in that month.
Who is eligible to earn One NZ Phone Dollars?
Anyone who has an active Dosh account and activated One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card is eligible to earn One NZ Phone Dollars through this Promotion. If you don’t have an active Dosh account and a One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card, your Dosh account has a block on it, you are in breach of any Dosh Terms and Conditions applicable to your One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card, or you do not meet all of the eligibility criteria in these terms and conditions, you will not be eligible to earn One NZ Phone Dollars.
You must have an active One Wallet to earn, access and use One NZ Phone Dollars. If you do not have an active One Wallet, one will be opened for you upon successfully signing up to Dosh. How you can earn and spend One NZ Phone Dollars is set out in and is subject to the One Wallet terms and conditions.
You are responsible for letting us know if your One NZ Wallet ID has been incorrectly recorded against your Dosh account. If the number is incorrect, any One NZ Phone Dollars earned through your Dosh account may not be successfully transferred to your One Wallet.
What do you need to do to earn One NZ Phone Dollars?
You can earn One NZ Phone Dollars on any Eligible Spend using your One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card in store or online anywhere a Visa card is accepted. For the purposes of earning One NZ Phone Dollars, “Eligible Spend” means everyday retail consumer purchases for goods and services made using your Dosh Visa Debit Card but excludes:
· any purchase Dosh reasonably believes to be a business expense;
· cash advances;
· gambling, betting or lottery transactions;
· IRD payments, Department of Internal Affairs, NZTA, Immigration NZ, Residential Tenancy, ACC Levy, Council rates, fines, and other government fees;
· unauthorised transactions on your Card/account;
· transactions with securities brokers or dealers or buy now pay later providers;
· debt repayments;
· transactions for cryptocurrency, digital collectibles, wire transfers or quasi cash (including, but not limited to, Trademe Ping, Revolut, Wise and Paypal); and
· balance transfers from other card accounts.
You must use your One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card to complete the purchase. You can earn One NZ Phone Dollars on all Eligible Spend. Dosh reserves the right to impose or adjust a maximum Eligible Spend per customer, whether by transaction, per day or per week. If any changes are made, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect.
As the One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card is a consumer card, business expenses are not eligible to earn One NZ Phone Dollars.
One NZ Phone Dollars earned through the Promotion are calculated net of reversals, reimbursements and refunds.
Dosh reserves the right during the term of the Promotion, at its sole discretion (acting reasonably), to:
· add specific items to the above list of payments and transaction types excluded from Eligible Spend, in which case we will update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website from the relevant effective date of the change; and
· not award One NZ Phone Dollars on transactions we reasonably believe fall outside of the scope of Eligible Spend and the intent of the Promotion.
We may ask you for reasonable evidence, such as purchase receipts, to verify that any specific spend meets the definition of Eligible Spend for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
If we reasonably believe that you have engaged in any fraud or materially abused this Promotion, we may cancel your Dosh Visa Debit Card and/or withhold any One NZ Phone Dollars you would otherwise have been eligible to receive.
When are the One NZ Phone Dollars transferred to your One Wallet?
Accrued One NZ Phone Dollars will be calculated by Dosh and automatically transferred to your One Wallet on a monthly basis. Your One Wallet will specify the number of accrued One NZ Phone Dollars earned during that month and transferred to your One Wallet.
The transfer of accrued One NZ Phone Dollars may take up to seven business days from the end of the month to show in your One Wallet. You can view your current One Wallet balance in the Dosh app, or by logging in to your My One NZ app or visiting whatsinmywallet.one.nz. While Dosh is responsible for accurately transferring One NZ Phone Dollars earned through the Promotion to your One Wallet, Dosh is not responsible for any inaccuracies made by One NZ in relation to your One NZ Phone Dollars balance displayed in the Dosh app, as this information is provided directly by One NZ and outside of our control.
If you cancel your Dosh account and/or One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card, or we terminate your Dosh account and/or One NZ Dosh Visa Debit Card as a result of your breach of the Dosh Terms and Conditions, any accrued One NZ Phone Dollars that have not been transferred to your One Wallet will be forfeited.

· the terms of our arrangement with One NZ change, expire or terminate (including if we exceed agreed budgets for the payment of One NZ Phone Dollars); or
· One NZ terminates its One Wallet or materially changes the One Wallet terms and conditions.
Changes to the terms of this Promotion may include imposing or adjusting caps on earnings from individual transactions or monthly Eligible Spend, or the amount of One NZ Phone Dollars earned per $100 spend.
We will provide you with reasonable written notice of our decision to withdraw, or materially change the terms of, this Promotion, unless such change or withdrawal is required immediately to comply with law.
What happens if Dosh withdraws the Promotion?
If we withdraw the Promotion for any reason (other than where One NZ terminate its One Wallet), we will transfer to your One Wallet a pro-rata amount of the eligible One NZ Phone Dollars that you have accrued up to the date of the withdrawal, provided you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions at the withdrawal date.
