We're upfront about fees

Unlike other rewards programmes, we don’t charge you to own a One NZ dosh card. That’s right, there are no annual fees, and no sign-up fees; no smoke, no mirrors.

The only card fees you'll find is a 2% FX fee on international transactions.

How do I get a One NZ dosh card to earn Phone Dollars?

Download the dosh app via your favourite app store and complete a quick sign up process. Then order your free One NZ dosh card from the dosh app. Your card will take around 10 - 15 days to arrive. Activate your One NZ dosh card, add money to your dosh account, then start spending with your card. Your eligible everyday purchases* count towards your total monthly Phone Dollar rewards.*See T&Cs

What card transactions are eligible to earn Phone Dollars?

Is the One NZ dosh Visa debit card free to order?

Yes, it is free to order your One NZ dosh card. There are also no annual fees with your One NZ dosh card.

What can I spend my Phone Dollars on?

Every Phone Dollar equals one real dollar off the price of a new interest-free phone with One NZ. Use your Phone Dollar balance on any new phone $199+ on a 24 or 36 month interest-free term, with an eligible One NZ Pay Monthly plan. You'll need a minimum $99 deposit, which you could pay with the trade-in value of your old phone, there's a minimum $1 payment required over your term. Phone Dollars can't be exchanged for cash.

How do I view my One Wallet?

You can view your One Wallet balance in your dosh app and Whatsinmywallet.one.nz. If you're a One NZ customer, you can also view your balance in your One NZ app.

When will I get paid my Phone Dollars?

When you spend with the One NZ dosh card, your Phone Dollars will be paid into your One Wallet on or before the seventh business day of each calendar month, for your spend in the month prior.

Do I need to be a One NZ customer to earn Phone Dollars with dosh?

No, all you need is an active dosh account.

If I don’t have enough Phone Dollars for a new phone now, can I use cash to make up the difference?

Yes, you can use cash alongside your Phone Dollars to upgrade to the phone you want. You can also use the trade-in value of your old phone towards your phone upgrade. For more detail see one.nz/one-wallet

Is there a minimum monthly spend to earn Phone Dollars?

There is no minimum monthly spend to earn Phone Dollars. Your monthly eligible* spend made with your One NZ dosh card counts towards the total amount of Phone Dollars that will be paid into your One Wallet each month.
